Conference fees

I. PAYMENT & PARTICIPATION RULES

1. Every author and coauthor who is attending the Conference has to pay a registration fee.
2. One presenter can present one presentation for early or regular fee. The second presentation costs an additional 50 EUR.
3. When you make your Registration fee payment, please inform your bank officer that field 71A “Details of Charges” should be filled with OUR. (The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges, and we receive the full registration fee payment).

What are BEN, SHA, OUR payment instructions?

When you make an international wire transfer (MT103 SWIFT), you can choose who pays the transfer charges.

• • BEN: You do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.
  • SHA: (Shared) You only pay your bank’s outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.
  • OUR: You pay all transfer charges. We receive your payment in full.

  We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction.

5. **Regular registration fee: before September 19th
6. ***Guests could not publish or present papers at the Geobalcanica Conference & Proceedings.
7. One registration fee covers:
   • Conference badge
   • Conference set (bag & conference materials and E-Proceedings)
   • Attendance at scientific sessions
   • Attendance for oral or poster presentation
   • Coffee break
   • Lunch on Conference Day
   • Publishing in electronic version of Proceedings (except Guests)
   • CERTIFICATE of ATTENDANCE
