Conference fees - Geobalcanica

I. PAYMENT & PARTICIPATION RULES

1. Every author and coauthor who is attending on the Conference has to pay registration fee.

2. One presenter can present one presentation for early or regular fee. The second presentation cost additional 50 EUR.

3. When you make your Registration fee payment, please inform your bank officer, that field 71A “Details of Charges” should be filled OUR (The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges and we receive all your registration fee payment).

What are BEN, SHA, OUR payment instructions?
 When you make an international wire transfer (MT103 SWIFT) you can choose who pays the transfer charges.
 BEN, SHA, OUR are codes in a SWIFT instruction, at field 71A "Details of Charges".
 The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges. We receive all your payment.
 SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank's outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.
 BEN (beneficiary) means you do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.
 We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction.

6. ***Guests could not publish and presenting papers on Geobalcanica Conference & Proceedings

7. One registration fee covers:
– Conference badge
– Conference set (bag & conference materials and E-Proceedings)
– Attendance at scientific sessions,
– Attendance for oral or poster presentation,
– Coffee break,
– Lunch at Conference Day
– Publishing in electronic version of Proceedings (except Guests)
– CERTIFICATE of ATTENDANCE
